NJ Spartans Get Even Better w/ New Addition

As the NJ Spartans begin the 2011 Season, we have so many great things in store for our members, fans, and supporters.  With so many great plans and expectations ahead of us, we search long and hard for the right people that can assist in the success of the New Jersey Spartans organization.

Edgar is an accomplished Event Planner and has been doing PR, along with, Sales and Marketing for over fifteen years. He has worked for various Marriott Hotels in NJ, holding numerous managerial positions in Operations and Sales. In NYC, he worked for a popular Dance Studio, where he participated in various promotional and marketing events throughout the city. There he was also responsible for entertaining and catering to high profile celebrities and ensuring a positive image for the studio.

Aside from his business experience, Edgar is also knowledgeable in multi-media outlets and visual/ performing arts to include: Radio, TV, Theater, Photography and most recently Online Media, both as talent and behind the scenes. Currently, he is the Arts & Culture reporter for “Essex Voices,” the Essex County College student-produced TV show. He is also the publicist for two Hispanic TV personalities and a Tropical Latin American singer all while attending school full-time. The combination of experience, creativity and his captivating personality lends for a smooth transition into the sports industry.

Edgar wishes to create a positive presence for the team, within the community and beyond. At the same time, help shape and materialize the vision set forth for the team and document the best moments of Spartan History.
