Staff Gets An Upgrade

The New Jersey Spartans are proud to welcome the newly selected Staff Members, who were accepted from The Spartan Experience. The Spartan Experience began back in November when the organization attended the Sports and Entertainment Career Fair, in November 2011. After meeting over 100 fair attendees, the Spartans created The Spartan Experience, a unique selection process to find the next Spartan Staff Member. 40 individuals were invited to attend TSE where they were divided into groups and given actual Spartan projects to work on. In the end, only a few Individuals were offered the opportunity to join the staff and assist with a successful year.
