GOING FORWARD
Purpose:
The Scholarship Program has been created to provide the opportunity for young men, who have not received a sports scholarship, to continue their education after high school.
Eligibility:
Essex County Senior
GPA – 2.75
Amount:
$1000 (One Thousand Dollars)
Summary:
“Going Forward” is open to male students within Essex County, NJ. Applicants can be nominated by a Teacher or Coach to be reviewed by our Selection Committee. Applicants may also apply by contacting the organization directly.
Application Period:
All applications / nominations must be received by March 31, to ensure a proper review period by our Selection Committee.
Notification Process:
Once the Selection Committee has made a decision, the Winner will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the Administrative Staff as well as the Winner and his/her family.
