You can register for the Rising Spartans Football Camp online, by mailing a registration form or by faxing a registration form.

Reminders:
- All forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
- Camp Registration Fee is $10 for the camp
- If paying by check, please make the check payable to New Jersey Spartans Foundation
- Each registered camper will need a parental/guardian waiver signed before they are allowed to participate
- The quaterback camp requires a helmet and shoulder pads. Please check out the equipment from your high school.
