The Rising Spartans Football Camp is structured to provide a balanced mix of on-the-field drills, chalk talks, breaks and fun for the participants. The activities, while challenging, are designed to be appropriate for the age and skill levels of the players.

DRILLS AND INSTRUCTION
Offensive and Defensive Drills and Techniques
The coaching staff will emphasize fundamentals, form and technique. Our staff will stress that perseverance, discipline, work ethic and dedication are needed to achieve one’s maximum potential.
Strength and Conditioning
Stations will be set up to focus on speed, strength, agility and power. Every athlete will have an opportunity to improve their skills, learn how to develop physical strength, and understand the motivation necessary to succeed.
